Atria Kew Gardens celebrates 101 years
Kew Gardens, NY – On Sunday, March 16 at 3 pm, Atria Kew Gardens will celebrate the 101st birthday of resident Thea Hochstadter with a party for the entire community.
The event will include live entertainment by singer Diana Templeton, who will perform a show appropriately entitled, “Everything Old is New Again”; and, of course, there will be plenty of delicious birthday cake for everyone.
Hochstadter is known to many at Atria as “the computer lady”, since she can usually be found making the most of 21st century technology at Atria's resident internet computer station.
“All of us are delighted to honor Hochstadter on this occasion,” said Marty Ingber, Engage Life Director at Atria Kew Gardens. “We offer her our very best wishes for continued good health, as well as for many happy returns of the day.”
